Beer Fundamentals & Service Course

This course is intended to help prepare professionals for the Cicerone Certified Beer Server exam.

Learning Outcomes of the Course:

  • Be prepared to take the Cicerone Certified Beer Server Exam
  • Improve Beer Service and Beer Sales
  • Have an understanding of Beer and Beer Service Fundamentals:
    • Brewing Processes
    • Styles, Flavors, and History
    • Proper Service
    • Draft Systems
  • Be able to speak factually about beer

Dates, Hours, & Schedule:

  • 2 Weekends, 4 Days, Saturday & Sunday, 9AM -4:30PM
    • 3/23/19: 9AM – 4:30PM
    • 3/24/19: 9AM – 4:30PM
    • 3/30/19: 9AM – 4:30PM
    • 3/31/19: 9AM – 4:30PM
